City Limit has been together since 2016, adding keyboardist Neil Gillespie in 2017 , bassist Allen Halcomb and Drummer Buddy Cline in 2021. We are a regional band playing in mostly East Tennessee and surrounding states. We play a mixture of about 50% Classic Rock and Bob Seger style Rock & Roll (much from the 80's), 20% R&B, 20% Soul and 10% contemporary hits like Uptown Funk and Locked out of Heaven by Bruno Mars.

Neil grew up just outside New York City in West Hempstead, NY, learning classical piano from age 6 around New York City, where he won classical competitions at age 12 and played in his first Rock band “Bandersnatch” at 14. He attended the University of Notre Dame majoring in Business administration, later gain...||View Profile|
